Regional Cabinet Meetings

PSBA, through its various programs, strives to provide the school leadership team with the tools they need to meet the responsibilities of school governance and leadership.


2010 Spring Regional Cabinet meetings being scheduled

PSBA regional directors are in the process of scheduling regional cabinet meetings for spring 2010. Some regions are also scheduling area meetings within each region in late January and February.

Members of the cabinet include assistant regional directors and PSBA liaisons for each school board and nonvoting members are designated according to each region’s Regional Activity Plan. While the cabinet members are responsible to attend the meetings, many regional directors encourage all interested school board members to attend.

The following is the most current list of meetings scheduled for 2010:

The regional director serves on the association's 26-member Board of Directors, the policymaking and governance body. Directors are elected to a two-year term, and they are eligible to succeed themselves for two additional two-year terms.

Note: Regions 10 and 13 ( Philadelphia and Pittsburgh ) do not hold regional meetings.
