Solicitors

To effectively serve public school clients, solicitors must stay abreast of case law, legislation and issues in education.

Through PSBA’s website, school solicitors and other school law professionals can keep up to date on the latest news, access valuable research resources and publications, and network and share ideas through a secure message board. The PSBA legal department offers public school entities a broad range of indispensable legal information and assistance. Staff attorneys are available for consultation to member solicitors on general legal concepts, as well as on specific issues facing their districts.

Continuing Legal Education

PSBA offers a variety of school law workshops and training programs for a wide range of needs. And, PSBA programs often provide continuing legal education credits. For questions about CLE credits or on programs offering CLEs, contact Stuart Knade Esq. (ext. 3377).
