The Pennsylvania School Boards Association Insurance Trust has partnered with Henderson Brothers to provide schools throughout the state with assistance regarding the upcoming changes to 403(b) plans.  The IRS is implementing a series of changes effective January 1, 2009 which will require school districts to assume more fiduciary responsibility regarding the plans offered to their employees.
