Log In to Members Only
The Pennsylvania School Boards Association is a nonprofit statewide association of public school boards, pledged to the highest ideals of local lay leadership for the public schools of the commonwealth.
Visitors to PSBA’s new Web site will notice an enhanced Members Only area which will allow more people to participate. Now the Power of More is extended to board secretaries, assistant superintendents, principals and many other building level administrators. *
Logging in is easy
1. From any page within the PSBA site, log in through the orange “Login” button in the upper right-hand corner.
2. From here, members will be asked to enter their user name and password.
For first-time login, visitors use their member ID (the six-digit number found on all PSBA mailing labels), and the password is members’ first initial and last name (all one word, not case-sensitive). Before going on to the Members' area, you will be asked to create a new username. (A personal e-mail address is recommended as a use name because it is easy to remember and is unique to that person.
Changing your username means that members no longer need to use their six-digit ID number to log in. To change your username or password, log in to Members Only and select the Manage Your Membership navigation link (left of page).
If members forget their password, a reminder can be sent to their e-mail address by selecting the “Forgot Password” link.
Navigating between Open and Members areas
Once logged in, users can move between the members area and the open site without needing to log back in. There are two ways to return to Members Only from the open areas: 1. Use the "Members Home" orange button on the right, or 2. Click on the "Login" button at the top of the page. You will need to log back in only if you close your browser window.Easy access to your subscriptions
Once logged into Members Only, visitors will have access to the Legislative Action Center, where they can get the latest legislative news and calls to action; online publications such as the School Leader News and the PSBA Bulletin; policy samples; and member surveys and results. If you subscribe to Laws on Line, Policy on the Web or the Policy News Network, you also will have access to these areas once logged in.
Please note: Members Only access is determined by PSBA membership status and is maintained automatically based on our membership database. If you did not receive a log-in informational postcard or e-mail notice, you will not have access. You cannot register for access to the members area.
