Region 14: Shauna M. D'Alessandro
A member of the West Jefferson Hills School Board (Allegheny Co.) since 2003, D’Alessandro served as chair of the Finance Committee and Local Tax Study Commission. She serves on the Facilities/Renovation and Athletic/ Student Activities committees and was elected vice president of the school board in 2006 and board president for two terms (2007 and 2008). She is vice president of the West Jefferson Hills SD Foundation for Education. D’Alessandro currently is president of South Hills Area SD Association, where she also serves as the appointed representative for her district. She also is on the board of directors for the Allegheny IU. She is treasurer and past secretary of the Jefferson Hills Economic Development Commission and serves on the board of directors of the West Jefferson Hills Chamber of Commerce. D’Alessandro is a certified public accountant who graduated from Indiana University of PA and is a member of the AICPA and PICPA.
